Order Process

Please remember to leave the name for your custom in the notes at checkout. If you click Buy Now there may not be this option to comment, so you will have to email cserviceckb@gmail.com 

 For tracking & order updates, please leave one of the following: 

(Name, Phone Number, Email or Instagram Name and Order Number ) 

This will be VERY helpful when updating orders. 

ORDER PROCESS: 

1.)Order is Placed 

2.) Payment is Processed (2-3 day period) Order is Placed by CKB. If the item is on hand, it will ship out within a 3-4 day period after your order processes. UNLESS it is a preorder item or unless stated. 

3.) Order is Customized (Times Vary - SEE DESCRIPTION UNDER EACH PRODUCT) The average customization time is 3-5 business days for necklaces and anklets. Baguettes take 12-15 business days. Most custom sets and kids set take 3-8 business days or 3-11 days max. (Excluding custom cubans) Weekends do not count as business days. 

4.) Order is Shipped to CKB (Times Vary- SEE SHIPPING INFORMATION OR DESCRIPTION UNDER EACH PRODUCT) Typically, via DHL or FEDEX, it takes 3-5 days to deliver to CKB. Please refrain from messaging us excessively notifying that your order delivered at the wrong address. Customs ship to CKB First- which is located in the BALTIMORE/GWYNN OAK, MD AREA. 

5. Order is Shipped to the customer OR customer is notified of the pickup time and address. (Order will be shipped based on chosen shipping method at checkout) The price paid for shipping is the cost and method of shipping that will be used to ship your order from CKB to your shipping address. We have to repackage and get your order ready for you. 

(If you are unsatisfied with our order and shipping process, contact us for Express Shipping or for other concerns. There will be extra costs. Also, if the address submitted once order is placed is wrong and is not updated by the time it arrives, and the package is returned back to us.
