Frequently Asked Questions - See Here Before Contacting CKB for questions 

My order delivered but isn't at the right address? Is there something wrong with my order? 

Remember that all customs and pre-order items ship to CKB first. The first tracking number submitted to fulfill your order is for shipping to CKB. Your order will be packaged shortly and shipped out as soon as possible. 

When will my order be shipped? 

If it is an on hand item it will ship within 1-3 business days after order processing unless USPS is experiencing a holiday and/or CKB is closed for the day or for any major holidays. If it is a Custom Order your order will ship within between same day delivery of the customs to 1-2 business days. Your custom order ships to CKB FIRST for packaging. This tracking number will be either a DHL or FEDEX tracking number. For FINAL DELIVERY to your delivery address, your order will reflect a USPS number. 

Having trouble tracking your order through USPS? 

Contact USPS and have your tracking number on hand for assistance so they can best service you. Please be patient as USPS is still experiencing shipping delays due to COVID. If USPS cannot locate your order, please contact us via email (cserviceckb@gmail.com) 

Will my jewelry rust or fade? 

No, CutUpKo Boutique specializes in stainless/ sterling steel jewelry. Your accessories will not rust or fade and are long lasting. Our jewelry does not contain nickel and is safe to wear in water, during physical activity and etc. However if needed we can place orders with Real 14k Gold & etc upon request. Any questions? Does CKB allow refunds? 

No, We do not allow refunds on custom orders once they are placed & have begun the process of customization. We do however, allow refunds for any on hand items that are not custom made. Refunds are only allowed within 4 business days of delivery and/or  in the instance that the product has been damaged in the shipping process. The customer must contact us via email  (cserviceckb@gmail.com) with their reasoning for requesting a refund. The refund will be sent via the original payment method through Shopify. 

AMOR'Ko Hair Policy 

All hair sales are final. We do not offer refunds on hair orders. Hair Exchanges may be considered if hair is currently in stock and on hand. However once the sale is final and the hair order is processed we cannot issue any refunds.
